In most instances the SG-40 stump grinder is recommended over the 2250R due to its compact size, aggressive cutting power and economical price, but if you absolutely need a rubber tire unit over a track and are looking for a machine around 25 horsepower then the 2250R is a model to take a look at.
The Model 2250R is offered with a Kohler 25 horsepower gas engine, 21-inch diameter cutter wheel with direct hydrostatic drive and a 50-inch side-to-side cutter swing.
- 21″ diameter x 1/2″ thick Green Wheel with 18 teeth (option)
- 21″ diameter x 1/2″ thick New Revolution wheel with 24 teeth (option)
- Travel speed up to 1.95 MPH – can be adjusted
- Cutter wheel is driven via hydraulic motor (no belts or bearings to maintain!)
- Cutter wheel is engaged via manual lever on side of machine
